Office Organization Ideas – Office Intervention

When the CBS station in San Antonio first contacted me about office organization ideas, little did I know that this was going to turn into an office intervention for KENS 5 Great Day SA lifestyle reporter Savannah Louie.

Here’s the background:

Even though the crew of Great Day SA decided to have fun with this project, they were legitimately concerned about Savannah. They felt like she could get more done in less time if she had an organized desk. When Savannah was approached by her producer about working with me in order to become more productive and get some office organization ideas, she was game.

Here’s the two-part story that aired on September 14, 2018:

Part 1:

Part 2:

Behind-the-scenes:

Savannah and I discussed her tasks and the supplies she needed to use in order to complete each of her duties. We made a mess on the floor as we categorized and inventoried her items. She had more physical objects than papers, so this project moved fairly quickly. We finished her entire desk, all of her drawers and underneath her desk in only one hour.
