Holiday Relaxation

If you’ve spent any time browsing my blog, monthly e-newsletter or website, you know that I’m a huge proponent of taking time to recharge in order to sustain your mental, emotional and physical well-being to live life on your terms.

This holiday season, I hope you’ll pause for some holiday relaxation. Whether it’s one hour total, one hour per day, or the entire long weekend (or longer!), I hope you take time for yourself to just relax and do nothing.

If you’re worried about clients and colleagues thinking you’re unresponsive to their emails, there’s a cure for that; you can pick up some tips for your out-of-office auto-responder here.

In the spirit of cutting back on work to relax over the holidays, this post will be super short.

Enjoy some holiday relaxation. You deserve it!
