Work-Life Balance for Thanksgiving Weekend Part 2

Hopefully you’re not reading this on Thanksgiving Day when this is scheduled to post, unless your current location is a country that is not the United States and does not celebrate Thanksgiving.

If, however, you are reading this on Thanksgiving Day, maybe you somehow stumbled across this while searching for that last minute turkey recipe (I occasionally share recipes) or perhaps while scrolling for an indigestion cure (I’m a firm believer in self-care).

But if you came across this blog on Thanksgiving Day while doing a little work on your day off, here are a few tips I’d love to share with you about work-life balance.

The blogs at that link will help you begin to scratch the surface.

But in the meantime, to help you immediately implement a bit of work-life balance, how would you like to:

*Come up with at least one personal benefit for relaxing and recharging instead of working into the night.

*Choose something fun to do as a “reward” for not working the rest of the day.

*Set a timer for when you want to stop working and start having that fun.

Happy Work-Life Balance! Enjoy the rest of your Thanksgiving holiday!
