For a conference or public event:

• Most importantly: Teaching your participants how to slash at least one hour per day of lost time (ROI of $5000+ per year per participant)
• Personalization for your association based on research of your company or organization, including interviewing and/or polling your participants in order to develop custom content
• Delivery of two short video “commercials” to help you promote the event – one for early bird registration and one for general registration
• Scheduling of social media posts through Helene’s professional speakers accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to promote your event
• Promotion of your event in Helene’s monthly newsletter
• Helene handling all of her own travel arrangements (less work for you!)
• License to record Helene Segura’s presentation via video and/or audio for in-house use
• License to photograph and share photos
• Arriving the evening before and participating in a “meet and greet” with your attendees
• Arriving onsite on the day of the event by 7:30 AM to:

*run through sound and screen checks

*participate in breakfast activities (meet with the board, officers, VIPs, special attendees, etc., for a private Q&A or sit on a panel for a breakfast session)

*present a customized up-to-90-minute keynote
