How The Inefficiency Assassin got her name
I was a soccer player, round-robin employee, serial entrepreneur, and educator, all of which led me into becoming a “coachsultant” — because “productivity coach” doesn’t quite describe what I do.
The truth: I got tired of watching brilliant teams get flattened by their own calendars. Meetings that didn’t need to exist. Handoffs that guaranteed rework. “Quick questions” that cost 23 minutes each. Inefficient systems — or none at all.
So I built a method. Neuroscience-based, behavior-first, ruthless about the numbers. A client initially called it “a primer on how to get your $h!t done,” which morphed into “an assassination on inefficiency.” I kept the name.
