Stop the Email Overload: How Better Meetings Save You Hours Every Week
You can watch my video by clicking on the graphic below or read my thoughts beneath it:
Have you considered a way to cut back on DMs and emails from your coworkers?
One of the best ways that this can happen is from having more productive meetings!
When meetings are run:
*with an agenda, so there’s a specific topic and objective that you know is going to be discussed
*when it is clear who is going to do what by when
*what resources they need from anybody else in the room
*everybody has the chance to ask questions at the end of the meeting
that is going to help cut back on the number of DMs and emails that get sent between coworkers.
If you would like to cut back on email overload, make sure that your meetings are more productive. If you’re not in charge of the meetings, feel free to forward this article to the person who is!
