Smart goal setting can happen at any time of year. You don’t have to wait for New Year’s!
Back on January 2, 2017, the lovely Vicki St. Clair interviewed me on her live Seattle-based radio show, Conversations Live with Vicki St. Clair. While we centered our discussion around New Year’s Resolutions, the smart goal setting tactics that we discussed can be used at any time of year.
The segment was all about how to be successful with New Year’s Resolutions. Here are the smart goal setting questions we discussed:
Are New Year’s Resolutions a joke?
Why are so many people unsuccessful with their New Year’s resolutions?
What goes wrong with those goals and how do we fix that?
What lessons have you learned about work-life balance?
How do we deal with emotional vampires?
How do we do what you call Create Clarity?
What is “Implement Structure and Flow”?
What kind of person makes a good accountability partner?
How can we be successful with our goals?
