Time Management Boost: Create and Nurture Authentic Spheres of Influence

Brad Englert wrote a book called Spheres of Influence: How to Create and Nurture Authentic Business Relationships. Everything he discusses in his book and during my podcast interview with him aligns with what I teach about time management.

When you nurture your relationships and communicate openly with those you work with, you can save an enormous amount of time. Brad specifically discusses within the internal sphere of influence being very intentional about your communication with your boss, executive leaders, direct reports and all colleagues and staff. Within the external sphere of influence, it’s your communication with your customers or clients, peers and influencers, and strategic vendor partners that is critical.
